How do I activate my FVJ Finder?

All FVJ products can be activated using the Apple Find My app on iOS devices. Simply open the Find My app, select "Add Item," and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your FVJ tracker.

Which FVJ product is right for me?

Slim Card is perfect for wallets with its ultra-thin 1.7mm design. Mini Card works great for keys and bags with wireless charging. Air Tracker Tags are ideal for outdoor gear and pets with 1-year battery life.

Are FVJ products waterproof?

Slim Card and Mini Card have IP68 rating (fully waterproof, can be submerged in water). Air Tracker Tags have IPX4 rating (splash-proof and weather-resistant).

Does the tracker have compass directions like AirTag?

All products compatible with "Find My" do not have a compass feature. However, you can play a sound to find your item when it's within Bluetooth range.

How do I check the battery level?

Open the Find My app, select your tracker, and check the battery icon on its details screen. This gives you an approximate charge level (not a precise percentage). The app will also notify you when the battery is low.

Is FVJ certified by Apple?
