Setup Guide

Connecting to Find My App

1. Ensure your iPhone runs iOS 14.5 or later.
2. Open the Find My app.
3. Tap Items → Add Item.
4. Select Other Supported Item.
5. Press and hold the button on your tracker until it beeps.
6. Follow on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting

Tracker not appearing

• Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone.
• Ensure tracker has sufficient battery.
• Move within 30 feet of the tracker.
• Restart your iPhone.

Location not updating

• Location depends on nearby Apple devices.
• Enable Location Services for Find My app.

Sound not playing

• Check Bluetooth range (within 30 feet).
• Verify battery level.

Battery & Charging

Slim Card / Mini Card

• Wireless charging (Qi-compatible).
• Full charge: 1-2 hours.
• Battery life: Up to 5 months.

Air Tracker Tags

• CR2032 replaceable battery.
• Battery life: Up to 1 year.

Checking Battery

Open Find My app → Select tracker → View battery icon. Low battery notifications are automatic.
